    SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
    Full paper should be received by the Conference Secretariat by 31 July 2008. New and young scholars with “work in progress” papers are welcome. The conference committee will notify the author(s) by mid-September 2008. E-mail submissions in Word format are strongly preferred.
